Updated status of the first Z.L.D. consulting project in Ukraine

In late August and early September 2026, we completed the third stage of a consulting project delivered under the Aid for Trade – Ukraine programme of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.

During this stage, we prepared a detailed timeline for implementing the Situation Centre (SitCen) in the city of Gora, Ukraine.

In doing so, we built on the project’s previous outputs: the Smart & Safe Community vision and the defined functional scope of SitCen.

The result is a roadmap that covers preparing the organisational, procedural, staffing, and technical conditions, followed by developing the first operational core of the wider ecosystem.

The proposed approach aims to reduce implementation risks and establish a solid foundation for shared situational awareness among all participating organizations, thereby improving coordination during emergencies, protecting the population, and ensuring the continuity of the region’s vital functions.
