Smart & Safe City Consulting Project in Ukraine Successfully Completed

At the end of September 2026, we completed the fourth and final stage of a consulting project implemented under the “Aid for Trade – Ukraine” program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.

During this stage, we developed a financial framework—including a schedule for the phased drawdown of funds—to guide the preparation and implementation of a Situation Center (SitCen) for the city of Gora, Ukraine.

In addition to this deliverable, we prepared a comprehensive overview of expectations and necessary next steps, addressing questions that arose throughout all four stages of the project. This 23-page document is designed as an executive summary for city council members and potential investors.

We thank the Ministry of Industry and Trade for the opportunity to produce these deliverables, and we hope the city of Gora will be able to put these materials to use as soon as possible.
